e, low cost and convenient maintenance, vane pump is widely adopted in many industrial areas. Most of domestic manufacturer of fuel dispenser install vane pump as component. Vane pump includes ration pump and variable pump, the former is mounted in fuel dispenser. At recent years, the domestic noise research for vane pump has been achieved good progress conducted by fuel dispenser manufacturer. The noise of vane pump has remarkably been downed, reaching to less than 70 d B. it is introduced as followed: 1: Cap nut 2: Adjusting bolt 3: Spring seat 4: Spring 5: Blade 6: Rotor 7: Plug 8: Spring flake 9: Axis 10: Frame 11: Overflow fuel dispenser valve 12: Valve seat Diagram 2-1: Vane pump structure drawing Structure and working principle of vane pump The Diagram 2-1 and 2-2 illustrate one kind of vane pump about its structure and tridimensional exploded drawing. This kind of pump prevails in domestic fuel dispenser market. Its structure, principle and maintenance will be introduced. Vane pump consists of overflow valve and vane pump illustrated in Diagram 2-1. Overflow valve is installed on the upper of body, including overflow valve seat, vale core, spring, spring bracket, jointer, a fuel dispenser djusting bolt and cap nut. The lower body is pump section composed of gliding bearing, rotor subassembly, blade set, spring flat and pump cover with gliding bearing. The right side of diagram is inlet, the opposite outlet. The working principle, performance and common troubleshooting of vane pump and overflow valve will be presented respectively. Vane pump section The chamber in where rotor installed is pump chamber, its installing procedure showed in diagram 2-3. A centrifugal degree e between the center of chamber and rotor is illustrated in diagram. There are upper and down seal area, high pressure and low pressure transitional area, divided by the center of rotor. The angular degree in sealing area is larger than that of degree formed by the neared two vanes so as to prevent oil flow between low and high pressure areas. 1-Cap fuel dispenser
precated. 3.6.2 nonconformity non-fulfilment of a requirement (3.1.2) 3.6.3 defect non-fulfilment of a requirement (3.1.2) related to an intended or specified use NOTE 1 The distinction between the concepts defect and nonconformity (3.6.2) is important as it has legal connotations particularly those associated with product liability issues. Consequently the term defect should be used with extreme caution. NOTE 2 The intended use as intended by the customer (3.3.5) can be affected by the nature of the information such as operating or maintenance instructions provided by the supplier (3.3.6). fuel dispenser 3.6.4 preventive action action to eliminate the cause of a potential nonconformity (3.6.2) or other undesirable potential situation NOTE 1 There can be more than one cause for a potential nonconformity. NOTE 2 Preventive action is taken to prevent occurrence whereas corrective action (3.6.5) is taken to prevent recurrence. 3.6.5 corrective action action to eliminate the cause of a detected nonconformity (3.6.2) or other undesirable situation NOTE 1 There can be more than one cause for a nonconformity. NOTE 2 Corrective acti fuel dispenser on is taken to prevent recurrence whereas preventive action (3.6.4) is taken to prevent occurrence. NOTE 3 There is a distinction between correction (3.6.6) and corrective action. 3.6.6 correction action to eliminate a detected nonconformity (3.6.2) NOTE 1 A correction can be made in conjunction with a corrective action (3.6.5). NOTE 2 A correction can be for example rework (3.6.7) or regrade (3.6.8). 3.6.7 rework action on a nonconforming product (3.4.2) to make it conform to the requirements (3.1.2) 13 ? That will not bother Mr Reinfeldt so long as he wins, but the opposition could split if he does not. The Social Democrats, too, may face trouble. Whether Mr Persson wins or not, most pundits expect him to step down within a year or two. But since the murder three years ago of Anna Lindh, the foreign minister, he has had no obvious successor. The ruling party is sure to start bickering if it loses next weekend. Gorgeous, if assembled bit by bit Where will all this leave the much-trumpeted Swedish model? Most Swedes are weary of listening to foreign claims about the perfection of their society. Mr Lindbeck suggests that, fuel dispenser where it does have economic strengths, they are of an essentially Anglo-American, market variety. Johnny Munkhammar, who runs a pro-market think-tank, Timbro, argues similarly that history shows Sweden s economy to have flourished when it has been more liberal and low-tax—and to have gone off the rails when higher taxes and more regulation have been imposed. The truth is that there is never a single economic model for other countries, even the Nordic states, to follow. Neither membership of the EU nor adoption of the euro seems necessary Sw fuel dispenser eden is in the EU but not the euro, Finland is in both, Norway is in neither. Different countries have different strengths. Mr Bildt puts forward his own tongue-in-cheek recipe for the perfect “Nordic model stretching the geography Finland s education, Estonia s progressive tax policy, Denmark s labour market, Iceland s entrepreneurship, Sweden s management of big companies and Norway s oil. The right conclusion, in other words, is that it is wisest not to look for a single-country model at all, but just to take best practice wherever you find it. * “Economic Performance and Work Activity in Sweden after the Crisis of the Early 1990s by Steven Davis and Magnus Henrekson.
